This complete ERP solution involves, RCU (Rajdeep Classification Unit) a hi-tech electronic embedded device for AVI (AUTOMATIC VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION) based on VLSI technology, which is integrated with image processing software and application software. Working - This one of its kind system accomplishes vehicle identification with very high speed (more than 300 scans/sec) through electronic devices. Data generated is processed through image processing software for vehicle identification with high level of accuracy and result is transferred to the application software for further processing. Complex logic and protocol is worked out to handle the task of “moving vehicle scanning” through electronic devices, image processing and identification along with appropriate toll amount pay slip printing that makes Toll Management fully automated and free of any human interferences to avoid any kind of malfunctioning.This entire system is designed and developed by Rajdeep Info Techno team right from the concept. This system is fine example of capabilities of our company’s technical expertise to handle multiple technologies, development platforms and its integration. Development Platform 1) VLSI based Electronic Device - VHDL with FPGA 2) Image Processing Software-VC++, Oracle 3) Application Software Front End - VB, Magic 9.4 Back End- Oracle  Vehicle passes over metal detectors loop and as per the classification of metal detector the signals trigger the cameras via RCU processor to get activate for photograph shoot and vehicle photograph is taken. Then vehicle passes through twin parallel towers of RCU, where vehicle gets scan by infrared curtain (Scanning speed 300 scan/sec), after completion of scanning process, RCU sends RS232 signals to the converter that converts theses RS232 signals into RS485/RS422 and sends the data to lane PC, which is input for the Image processing Software. The image processing software classifies the data and identifies vehicle class as Output. This output of classification is input to TMS for further toll transactions such as automatic ticket printing, to be done on Toll Management System (TMS), which operates on Client - Server technology. This entire process is done in only 3 seconds thus making it most advanced “Pre-Auditing Toll solution” present so far. |
